Payment per Effective Hour
Maximum flexibility — you're invoiced only for hours actually worked on site. Salary, housing, transport and uniforms are covered by us; sick leave and vacation are never charged to you. Your side of the deal: provide the work tools.
Fixed Monthly Fee
Full integration of employees into your wage system and collective agreement, with a fixed monthly fee per employee. A predictable model for long-term engagements — from 4–5 employees for at least six months.
