About The Role

Join our production team in Zagreb operating the machinery that turns raw wire into finished cable. No prior experience is required — we'll get you up to speed, and you'll be working on a modern site with housing, transport and official employment already taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery

• Run wire twisting and drawing equipment

• Work on cable shielding and braiding machines

• Carry out quality control on finished products

• Keep records of equipment operation and output

• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required — training provided

• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Shift Schedule

• 2 day shifts, 2 days off, 2 night shifts (rotating)

What We Offer

• Base rate of €7 gross/hour

• Night hours, Sundays and overtime paid at +50%

• Public holidays paid at +100%

• Performance bonus of up to 20%

• Around €1,338 net/month at ~200 hours worked with bonus
