About The Role

Join our crews building and fitting out yacht marinas and coastal areas on the seafront in Rijeka. We’re hiring two skilled tradespeople and two assistants to work on concrete, reinforcement and formwork on active waterside sites — with free housing, transport and official employment all taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

• Build concrete and reinforced-concrete walls and shoreline structures

• Prepare, position and tie reinforcement bars

• Install formwork and carry out concrete pouring

• Prepare materials and work with construction tools and equipment

• Load, unload and move materials

• Support the crew, keep the site tidy and follow all safety rules

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled tradespeople: experience in concrete, reinforcement and formwork

• Assistants: readiness for physical work and to follow the supervisor’s instructions

• Ability to swim — required for all candidates, as work is carried out by the sea

• Teamwork and commitment to site safety
