About The Role

Construction is where Gettalent started, and our crews have supported projects from shopping centers to national infrastructure. As a general construction employee, you'll be part of an experienced team on active sites across Croatia — with housing, transport and equipment already taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and hazards

• Load and unload building materials and equipment

• Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely

• Build scaffolding, ramps and temporary work structures

• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt

• Assist skilled tradespeople like bricklayers and carpenters

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Maintain clean and organized work zones daily

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction or manual labor preferred

• Stamina for physical work outdoors

• Teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with crews

• Flexibility to travel to different sites across Croatia
